Typically, probiotic users have to navigate tons of unverified scientific and marketing claims on one side, while lacking reliable information about practical and reliable experiences of people who have used probiotics on the other hand.

My Probiotic Lifestyle came as result of my frustrations when looking for solutions to my Leaky Gut problems. In the end, I found that the best way to learn is by doing. Hello All, I am Probiotic Dan
I never had any major health issues up until around 2016. This was the time when a treatment regimen that involved back-to-back antibiotic doses left me with more notable problems. I have shared all the details of my probiotic journey here.
Since then, I have looked for solutions to my Leaky Gut Syndrome far and wide. I have also experimented with many others in the last six years. I am far from a permanent solution but the Probiotic route comes with the best promise.
My Probiotic Lifestyle was started to guide those who are looking to achieve much-needed gut microbiota balance….
My extensive research on probiotics has coincidentally enabled me to help various others struggling with issues such as simple indigestion problems, food intolerances, mood problems, and even recurring stomach issues. The fact that they always come back to thank me for having gotten them out of a health conundrum prompted me to start My Probiotic Lifestyle in the hope that thousands of others can share in my research.
My Probiotic Lifestyle is not affiliated with any company but it is based on the premise that modern diets that contain high amounts of sugar and processed foods have left most people with mild to chronic instances of gut microorganism imbalances. I primarily advocate for fermented foods all over your diet. Whether they realize it or not, most people would derive benefits from adopting a Probiotic Lifestyle that will help bring much-needed balance to their life.
My chronic food intolerances have denied me so much of the simple joys in life such as eating out in a random new restaurant.
